Raynor Places First, Again, in Best of Business Poll Dixon, IL (December 01, 2011) - For the second year in a row, Raynor has been voted No. 1 in Professional Door Dealer (PDD) magazine's "Best of Business" dealers' choice poll in the following category: Best Customer Service Raynor received recognition in the December issue of PDD, and will receive an award at the 2012 IDA Expo in Las Vegas. "It is with great honor that I congratulate all our employees on this significant accomplishment," said Ray Neisewander III, President of Raynor. "This vote of approval from the industry is a reflection of their hard work and dedication. Not only is it appreciated by me and our Dealers, it is appreciated by the entire garage door industry." Industry professionals were invited to vote at www.professionaldoordealer.com/vote. The poll was open for three months, and voters chose from more than 20 categories. The top five winners in each category were highlighted in a special December issue of PDD. Not only did Raynor place first in Customer Service, the company ranked among the top tier in several other areas. Raynor placed 2nd in the Commercial/Industrial doors category, and in the top five for the Residential Doors, Garage Door Hardware, Bi-Fold Doors, Commercial Operators, Custom Doors and Residential Operators categories.
